Perfect location for our needs, right in town and next door to a fantastic pub "The Squealing Pig" where our event was taking place and not far from our family gathering in Rockcorry. (BTW the Squealing Pig was very accomodating to our very Vegan daughter and her infant son); The staff at the hotel was pleasant and accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic with a full menu of options The town has a nice mall and shopping options; we had our laundry done down the street and back the same day if you get it there early. The Monaghan Museum was fantastic (they are moving to a new location down the street. The restaurants were great and we especially were impressed with 'Eastern Balti House' with the best service and great food!

Amid the hills and lakes of Monaghan, this modern 4-star hotel has plenty of leisure facilities, a relaxing spa and the opportunity for outdoor activities. Lovely place. The lady working the desk at the spa (Tara?) was fantastic! We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t report on that.

This was perfect for our group of friends. Everything was clean and tidy and lots of space. Beds were extremely comfy. Will hopefully be back.

The host tweaked recipes, and the food that she prepared was pleasing to the eye as well as delicious. It was also very plentiful! Indoors or out, you will be surrounded by beauty at this B & B! The host was very helpful. If this is the first place you stay at on your vacation, you might be tempted to use it as the standard to compare the rest!
