We found a little corner of paradise here. The garden is incredibly beautiful and curated, in front of the beach with beautiful hammocks and a lovely dog. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet, away from the noise of the city. The host, Daniela, and Jackson are super helpful and nice! Daniela helped us big time with several services (ATMs, Sim card, etc.) that we needed when arriving to India. 100% recommend 👌

Situated in Thekkady, Hills & Hues offers a garden. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. We had a fantastic stay at Hills and Hues. The rooms were very spacious and both had balconies over looking the hills and greenery. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were amazing - so helpful and very polite. We didn't get to try the breakfast as we had very early excursions booked, but the staff gave us a packed lunch to take which was great.

Kalaravintolat erinomaisia, kannattaa kuitenkin valita kala itse tuoreuden varmistamiseksi. Viime vuoden kokemuksen jälkeen löytyi takakujilta uusia tutustumisen kohteita, joten kannattaa harjoittaa tutkimusmatkailua pitkälle rantakadulta sisämaahan päin. Hieman etäämmällä itse matkakohteesta mielenkiintoinen kalastajasatama jonka lähellä edustettuna kaaikki Intian uskonnot ja kirkot sopuisasti pienellä alueella. Majakan olimme tutkineet jo viime vuonna - upeat vuorikristallit ja maisema. Sopiva Keralan viime kohteeksi lyhyen 15 kilometrin etäisyys Thiruvarandrapuramin lentokentästä. On muuten vaikea lausua, joten harjoittele matkaa odottaessasi.
