Service was excellent. It is nice to feel like a King for a few days. Staff is always tending to your needs, and finding ways to accommodate you. I recommend taking a trek up Shali peak. The Oberoi Guide was outstanding. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Food was great, especially that morning breakfast on the balcony. No complaints.

Situated in Chaura Maidan, Shimla - 7000 feet up in the Himalayas, The Oberoi Cecil offers luxury accommodation along with an indoor heated swimming pool, spa and 3 dining options. Staff were extremely courteous. Probably the best model of customer service one can ask for. Not a time goes by when the staff are not attending to your every need. This type of service and values this hotel upkeep is beyond excellence. Our kids had great fun at the activity Centre and interacting with the hotel staff. We adults had a great time with the ambience and even warmer courtesy extended by the staff in every aspect of our stay.
