From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every aspect of our experience was simply amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities that made our stay convenient and enjoyable. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was the front desk team providing us with local recommendations, the housekeeping staff keeping our room in immaculate condition, or the restaurant staff serving delicious meals, every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine hospitality. The gardening team kept the gardens looking brilliant and the security kept the monkeys away from pinching our food! Speaking of the restaurant, the culinary experience at Ocean Village was a highlight of our stay. The chef's creations were a delightful fusion of flavors, and the ambiance made each meal feel like a special occasion. In summary, our stay at Ocean Village was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to the amazing staff who went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests. Simple, but appreciated. Everyone was welcoming and helpful-especially Ida at the front desk! I would definitely stay again.

I loved everything about Asha Boutique Hotel. The location is right on the beach. The rooms are comfortable. All the staff are amazing; I was made to feel at home the entire time. The food is also incredible. I will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Maji Hotel for 5 nights in January 2023 and it really could not have been better. I would recommend the Maji to anyone going to Diani. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable, and the beach views were breathtaking. I didn't want to leave! I also really enjoyed the food. I had the half-board option and I thought there were good options for breakfast and dinner. There was a lot of variety in the choices and I think you could stay for at least a week (probably more) and order different things for every meal. I was travelling solo and would recommend the Maji to other solo travelers. It was so relaxing and the beach was beautiful - probably the best beach I have been to.

I enjoyed the appearance of the property, the super comfy bed, 24 hour air conditioning and the very welcoming and kind staff. Proximity to the beach was very convenient for me, and I had an amazing cheese burger.

I'd give Josephine 1000 credits for this customer care and service. And oh the breakfast is one meal to die for 👍 I'd recommend everyone that seeks value for money to sleep at Ivory Suites by Armaan.
