This was such a lovely experience. The staff in particular were absolutely outstanding, super super friendly and so happy to help. The grounds and design of the hotel were also incredibly beautiful and everything was done to a really high standard. It’s obvious that the management and staff care lot about the hotel and really want to ensure that all the guests have the best experience possible. The food at the sky bar was delicious and the breakfast buffet offerings were especially good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will 100% come back!

But it's the staff who go above and beyond to take care of you! Jessi helped us with everything we needed from arranging transportation, packing meals, extra towels, etc. She was just the best. All the staff were. The food is also very high quality. You can taste the difference from other places. I highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located in Siem Reap, 7 Makara Street in Wat Bo Village. We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. This hotel is a gem. Very nice hotel area, little noise and traffic outside and the rooms are silent. I can only recommend a stay here. The city xentre is about 1.7km away and that is brilliant, becaude it ensures sleep.

The staff is incredibly kind, the location is very nice, with a lot of restaurants, spa and bar close from there. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food too, and a pool to relax and enjoy the peace of this place. “The Urban” just feels like home to us. Definitely will come back here!
