The breakfast was excellent, but most importantly, the ocean view from both the room and the rooftop was amazing.

Gyungpo Soo Hotel is set in Gangneung, with Gyeongpo Beach just across the street and Gyoengpo Lake 100 metres behind the hotel. The location was the best part, literally a straight walk out the door onto the beach. Plus there were many great restaurants around the area. The staff were very nice and very helpful, a group of chatty nice guys! This place is pretty much my go-to for going to Gangneung/Gyeongpo
