Super nice garden, everything you need for a great stay in Sigiriya. The owner is extra helpful and gave us great tips, organized a safari for us together with a couple of other guests, for a really good price, I believe half of what you normally get and we’ve been lucky to see lots of elephants. It’s a short tuk tuk ride from the village, but there’s plenty around, so not to worry.

The food was great, the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and so were the curries and kottu we had for dinner - the portions are big! The rooms have an incredible view of the nearby mountains and the hotel itself is setback from the main road and is quiet, the room was clean and had everything we needed. It was great value and we would definitely recommend it and we would definitely stay again!

The room was really clean with a lot of space. The homestay is located in a very quiet and peaceful location, yet very close to the center of Sigirya. The view in front of the room is very nice. The host family is very kind, welcoming and supportive. We had a problem with our tuktuk and they fixed it for us. The breakfast was amazing. We had a very lovely stay and we recommend the Panoramic Royal Villa to everyone visiting Sigirya!!

Welcome to our peaceful Nature Villa, nestled just a short distance from the majestic Lion Rock, only 1 km away. Everything was excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Madu is a great host, he was super friendly and helpful. It was our first Sri Lankan breakfast on our trip and it did not disappoint! The dinner was also delicious. The location is perfect, it is just a 15 minute walk to Lion Rock. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Madu!
