Jafar, the concierge, speaks excellent English and was exceptionally helpful. The entire staff, from the moment we arrived, did everything they could to welcome us and make us feel pampered and cared for. We will stay here again when we return.

Special shout out to AbdelMalek at the reception, though we had late check in and very early check out, AbdelMalek was very professional and went beyond with his kindness and support to make our stay very pleasant. I would and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

They decorated the apartment with rose petals, it was a beautiful touch. The breakfast was phenomenal and was delivered to our room. We had some appointments later on and couldn't make our checkout time but they allowed us to checkout an hour later at no extra cost. Exceptional service, we will definitely be back in the future!
