Absolutely the best place to stay for a budget traveller. Right on the beach. And the owner Oliver is special. He will help you with anything he can. Been living here for +25 years. One of my favourite places in Myanmar. Big airy rooms with lots of space. Private bathroom. He is also a chef if you like good food. I was lucky to visit during "the situation", hardly no tourists. So lucky. Can't recommend enough....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Lakeview Lodge Ngapali" during my visit to Myanmar, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the lake. The accommodation was nothing short of perfection. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. The attention to detail was evident throughout the lodge, from the well-manicured gardens to the thoughtfully placed decor. Although the lodge only offers breakfast, the food was still excellent. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and traditional Myanmar cuisine. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that everything was stocked and prepared to perfection. The location of the lodge is also worth mentioning. Situated right by the lake, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal place to unwind and relax. The beach is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes in the area to explore for lunch and dinner. Overall, my stay at "Lakeview Lodge Ngapali" was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone visiting Myanmar. I look forward to returning in the future.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Kipling's Bay Guest house is set in Ngapali. Rooms have a terrace. Everything is perfect. The best thing I like in this guesthouse is super super clean even though there are many people visited the beach, and kind staff, very warm host. They have amazing garden view and a lot of places you can take a rest during holiday and outside shower room also nice! Breakfast also is really good and enough.

The hotel is a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, the staff was very pleasant, we enjoyed our time at the hotel very much. The room is quite big. It is decorated with paintings and hand made ornaments originating from Myanmar. There is a kettle ,a small fridge and a large TV.The hotel also provided beach towels. In addition to the comfortable accomodations, the hotel offered a restaurant with a stunning view of the sunset every evening.We were able to have an amazing breakfast every morning ( soup,rice/noodles, eggs,bacon, toast, fruits,pancakes, jam, butter,honey,juice,tea, coffee). We also had lunch and dinner in the restaurant ,because the food was delicious. The waiters were attentive and very friendly. Reception area was comfortable and welcoming. Thida helped us with booking the tours, massage therapy and other small requests:) The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The manger of Yoma Cherry is a charming lady. Sue was always friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you so much for making our holidays so wonderful ❤️
