Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

Located in Cozumel Island, only 900 metres from Playa del Carmen Ferry Dock, this property rents and sells scuba dive equipment, has complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout and pets are allowed on... From the moment we stepped foot in Villas Las Anclas we felt like we were at home. The quiet, pretty, and calming courtyard is absolutely beautiful and although you are near to the town you feel a million miles away in a peaceful and serene place. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and welcoming. The kitchen comes with conveniences you'd have at home like a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and plates etc. The bedroom was cool and quiet, the bed fluffy and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it wasn't an issue really. The water pressure was amazing and always hot. Hotel also provided shampoo, soap and conditioner. There were plenty of towels for in the room and for pool/beach use, too. The pool was small but great for cooling off and there was a rinse tank for our dive gear, so we were pretty pleased with that. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were to visit Cozumel again. It truly was a wonderful, blissful and relaxing 5 night stay. We could have stayed forever! As a side note: There are some wonderful local restaurants further back from the main street within 10 mins walking distance, with more reasonable food prices and traditional Mexican food.

Our room was very large with a comfy king sized bed. The hotel staff were very nice and happy to help 24/7 with any requests. The pool area was nice and relaxing.

Aldo & Nora are really friendly and really helpful. Lots of communication in English prior to our stay and helpful for us to find our way to the accommodation. Aldo went above and beyond with booking taxis for us. My Spanish is limited. Accommodation is spotlessly clean. Lovely walk in shower and large bathroom. Accommodation is modern with mosquito screens, which helped keep the bugs out at dusk. Plenty of furniture and equipment for a self-catering stay. You are on the doorstep of two beach clubs with sun loungers, pools, food and drink with waiter service. Though not affiliated to the accommodation, you do get money off the food and drink and free access. The beach is on your doorstep, lots of water sports, boat trips, inflatables in the sea for your enjoyment. Accommodation is about 20mins from the ferry by taxi. Just a 5 minute walk towards town is a Mexican shack with freshly cooked food and cheap prices.

This is a brand new hotel opened in December and our stay was in march 2022. We were expecting there to be kinks that all new places experience in the beginning however there was not. The room and the view were beautiful. The terrace pool and bar was the perfect spot for a morning coffee looking out over the turquoise ocean or catching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Mirena at reception helped us organize a jeep rental, laundry service and had lots of great recommendations for places to eat. Jerry at the terrace bar had an awesome vibe and is the perfect conversationalist for solo travelers as he is native to the island. The rooms were a perfect size, and the shower was nothing shy of luxury. The location couldn't have been better. Located just outside the busy tourist area but still walking distance to all the hot taco spots and 5 minute walk from the ferry port. We rented a jeep for one day to explore the east side of the island, other than that we hardly needed transportation. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I entered the lobby. I cant wait to come back!

Hotel Dos Mundos, Isla Cozumel is offering accommodation in Cozumel. This 2-star hotel features free WiFi and a garden. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower. Such a warm welcome and goodbye, staff are just amazing. I felt comfortable from the start. Also the apartment was great, very clean, comfy and spacious for a good price. It's a 15min walk from the main plaza which wasn't too bad and you pass by a really cool local cantina (I recommend it).

Best place I've stayed at in 3 months of traveling. The studio was super spacious, bed was comfy, kitchen and bathroom were very nice and clean. Wifi worked great, I had a TV with Netflix, the garden is very cute.. But above all: Manuel was honestly the friendliest and best host I have ever had. He really went out of his way and made this stay amazing. Don't even think twice about booking!

Everything, the view is great, the service and waiters are the best. David was amazing. He deserves a raise. It was my boyfriends birthday and he made sure we had a little cake for his birthday. He is the star of the hotel!
