Excellent customer services, clean and room, and great value!! The host always replied us promptly whenever I reached out. He arranged taxi rides , answered all our questions and even allowed us a late check-out (based on availability). There are a few nice local restaurants nearby and a big grocery store in which we stopped by daily to get yummy mangos and other fruits.

Located in Cozumel Island, only 900 metres from Playa del Carmen Ferry Dock, this property rents and sells scuba dive equipment, has complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout and pets are allowed on... From the moment we stepped foot in Villas Las Anclas we felt like we were at home. The quiet, pretty, and calming courtyard is absolutely beautiful and although you are near to the town you feel a million miles away in a peaceful and serene place. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and welcoming. The kitchen comes with conveniences you'd have at home like a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and plates etc. The bedroom was cool and quiet, the bed fluffy and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but it wasn't an issue really. The water pressure was amazing and always hot. Hotel also provided shampoo, soap and conditioner. There were plenty of towels for in the room and for pool/beach use, too. The pool was small but great for cooling off and there was a rinse tank for our dive gear, so we were pretty pleased with that. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were to visit Cozumel again. It truly was a wonderful, blissful and relaxing 5 night stay. We could have stayed forever! As a side note: There are some wonderful local restaurants further back from the main street within 10 mins walking distance, with more reasonable food prices and traditional Mexican food.

Amazing staff. All parts of hotel were crisp and clean and the location made it easy to access everything in town. I would stay here again and again. Front desk staff arranged anything we had a request for, staff kept us spoiled and well prepared for each days adventure. It was quiet in our room, but remember you’re in the city so you will hear the city sounds of cozumel. Enjoy it!

Located in Cozumel, 34 km from Faro Celarain, Hotel Puerto Libre provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. This is a brand new hotel opened in December and our stay was in march 2022. We were expecting there to be kinks that all new places experience in the beginning however there was not. The room and the view were beautiful. The terrace pool and bar was the perfect spot for a morning coffee looking out over the turquoise ocean or catching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Mirena at reception helped us organize a jeep rental, laundry service and had lots of great recommendations for places to eat. Jerry at the terrace bar had an awesome vibe and is the perfect conversationalist for solo travelers as he is native to the island. The rooms were a perfect size, and the shower was nothing shy of luxury. The location couldn't have been better. Located just outside the busy tourist area but still walking distance to all the hot taco spots and 5 minute walk from the ferry port. We rented a jeep for one day to explore the east side of the island, other than that we hardly needed transportation. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I entered the lobby. I cant wait to come back!

Hotel Dos Mundos, Isla Cozumel is offering accommodation in Cozumel. This 2-star hotel features free WiFi and a garden. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a shower. We traveled to Cozumel because we had a family member in the hospital there. This hotel was conveniently located close to the hospital. We were able to walk back and forth as needed. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and everyone was great. They provided us with a WhatsApp link to communicate with them whenever, even if we were off site. One of the staff members even helped us order a pizza to be delivered from a neighborhood pizza place. We felt very fortunate to have found this hotel for our trip.

Situated in Cozumel, 34 km from Faro Celarain, Bea rooms and studios has a garden. The owner is really nice and helpful. It is very close to the centre but in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. The kitchen has everything we needed. The biggest plus is the option to rent bikes only for a returnable deposit. Great value! PS: some reviews mention mosquitoes - there was Raid plugged into the socket as soon as we arrived. There were still some mosquitoes but not an excessive amount.
