A shame our hi-tech shower had no hot water, for this price I expect a high end bathroom experience, the water was cold the mini bar was empty and no tea/coffee making facility. The staff however were friendly.

The location (one of the small islands -Isletas- on a 15 min boat trip away from Granada with only 4 other huts), the design (beautiful colors and functionality), the staff (during the afternoon/evening English and very kind/helpful), delicious food and free use of kayaks.

Free breakfast, the most clean comfortable room we have had in Nicaragua by far, beautiful art and garden, and amazing hosts. Carlos and his wife made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It is easy to see that they care deeply about their guests. Carlos also gave us the best tips on where to get cool art from the area at Tonatzin Gráfica de Mujeres. If we come back to Granada there is no doubt we will be staying here again.
