Baba was super welcoming from the very first minute and makes you feel at home. Celine’s breakfasts are out of this world and really made my morning every day. Both of them were amazing hosts. The hostel is super clean, has an amazing view and outdoor/coworking area. The rooms are super spacious and stay cool during the night. Excellent value for money. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the location and the proximity to beginners bay (about a 10 minute walk), the staff were all friendly and polite, the food and cocktails were amazing, the room was comfortable and clean and we loved the pool and hammocks!

Beautiful Grounds, right on the lake, lovely room with vaulted ceiling and HOT WATER in the shower! So many places to sit outdoors and relax, hammocks, gazebos, rocking chairs, common room with couches and map books. Excellent, friendly service. Delicious food in the restaurant, hearty free breakfast. Monkeys and many species of birds around. Loved our stay here, highly recommend!

Being able to walk to the water in seconds and then return to the hammock on the balcony was bliss. There’s a small, quiet bar open next door to watch the sunset and two great cafes for breakfast/lunch within walking distanced as well as a small shop.
