The staff, especially Nadine, and last day, Rihanna were attentive and so helpful with every aspect of our stay. We loved being close to Amsterdam but not staying in that hectic, hot city, swarming w tourists!

The bathroom was spacious, the shower recess large, and the shower was excellent. Automatic lights and room entry by mobile phone. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and all staff friendly, helpful and well trained.

It seems to be an old building, but beautifully renovated and with modern rooms. It's very close to a train station (Hilversum Sportpark), though not the central station (which` is 20 mins walk, well to do without a suitcase). I particularly liked the late checkout option for 25 euro extra. That was not a problem at all, and it's nice to have a shower before a long flight. From Hilversum Central station many trains go to Schiphol Airport. Near Hilversum Central, there are some nice places to go out, and if you like to bring cheese home, then go to the market on Wednesdays or Saturdays. There is an excellent choice coming straight from the farms.
