Quality Hotel River Station is set in Drammen, right by Drammenselva, with the train station as its nearest neighbour. Drammen city centre is just across the river. Thanks to the very kind staff who were helpful in answering all of our questions. We also liked the comfortable beds and new-looking clean room and the many options for breakfast (including vegan/vegetarian/glutenfree ones). The convenient location close to the train station was also a great plus!

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, we ate some pasta in the night that was also good. We had this waiter Eva that was absolutely amazing serving us in the night and also one brunette young man serving us in the breakfast that was really professional and fun. The chef cooking omeletts in the breakfast was super helpful, and it was good to be greeted with such a happy smile in the morning, not to mention the omeletts were amazing. About the amenities in general, the pool club was superb, it was fun to have all this choice of games around the hotel, it was incredibly close to the slopes, which was what we wanted in the first place. It's not so close to the center of Hemsedal but with a car it's not a big deal. The hotel in itself is beautiful and modern meets vintage. We were very happy with our stay
