I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in the countryside of Tromso, Norway, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel was located in a stunningly beautiful area, surrounded by lush forests and snow-capped mountains, and the peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional local food served in their restaurant. The meals were prepared using the freshest local ingredients, with many of the vegetables and herbs grown on-site. The menu featured a variety of traditional Norwegian dishes with a modern twist, and each course was a work of art on the plate. The flavors were absolutely delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations for local activities and excursions in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tromso, especially those looking for a peaceful countryside getaway with exceptional local food. It was truly a magical experience, and I can't wait to return.

Hotel Sommarøy Arctic se nachází v malebné pobřežní vesnici Sommarøy, 50 minut jízdy od Tromsø, a nabízí výhled na Atlantický oceán a bezplatné parkoviště. Naprosto úžasný hotel s kvalitnímy službami, zázemím, perfektní kontinentální snídaní. Ale především v nádherném prostředí. 1.15 hod cesty z Tromsø autem (leden).

Steam Pier se nachází v destinaci Kvaløya a má bezplatné Wi-Fi, neplacené soukromé parkoviště a výhled na hory. University of Tromsø se nachází 12 km odtud. The location right on the Fjord and just a short drive from Tromsø airport. We stayed at the Mink apartment overlooking the Fjord. The space was super modern and efficient with a comfortable bed facing the water and mountains. Nicely equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The communication with the host was excellent and access to the apartment easy with great instructions. Parking on-site! There is a great supermarket on the way to the apartment (X*Extra). Stop there before reaching the apartment to stock-up on food & drinks. Its less than a 5 min drive from there to the apartment. Will definitely stay here again when back in Tromsø.

The place is very cosy, with floor heating which is definitely appreciated during winter in Tromso! Very nicely equipped and decorated place, I'd recommend it for people who want to visit Tromso but don't want to spend their money in expensive hotels. The location is well connect to the city by bus (30/40 minutes to city center)

Buvik Sea Lodge Apartments se nachází v Buviku a nabízí ubytování s terasou a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Všechny apartmány mají obývací pokoj, dobře vybavenou kuchyň a vlastní koupelnu se sprchou. Nádherné klidné místo na břehu moře. Ideální poloha pro procházky, výlety a pozorování polární záře přímo z balkónu. Z Tromso z letiště cesta ca 50 minut. Přístav trajektu na ostrov Senja 15 minut autem. Obchod 6 km. Ubytování s nejhezčím výhledem, co jsme kdy měli.

Larseng Kystferie se nachází v oblasti Larseng, 29 km od města Tromsø, a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. The house is very comfortable and cosy and the sight every morning on the sea was wonderful. the host is very helpful and provided us with an endless supply of firewood and informations about the local area. Really i would give 15 points if i could :).

Cozy apartment close to nature, Kvaloya. Se nachází v destinaci Kvaløya. Tromsø City Hall se nachází 11 km daleko, The Polar Museum 11 km a Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden 11 km. The location is within a 5-minute walking distance from Stroleva Skistadion and a beautiful hike to Rødtinden mountain. If you like spending your time actively, it's a perfect place. The apartment was waiting for us with a key in the door so we could enter it whenever we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, including basic seasoning, olive oil, tea, baking paper, and plastic bags. The host was very responsive whenever we needed something.

Spacious apartment on Kvaløya se nachází v destinaci Kvaloysletta. Tromsø City Hall se nachází 7,6 km odtud, The Polar Museum 7,7 km a Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden 8 km. The host was very nice, called us to see the northern lights and also offered to borrow us the snowmobile.

I just returned from an amazing 5-night stay at the Loghouse apartment in Kvaløya, Norway. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment is located in a secluded spot but still close to the fjord and the main road, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment itself is very well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's clean and spacious, with a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking views. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything I needed and that I was having a great time. They even gave me some tips on things to see and do in the area and how to see aurorae. In the evenings, we would relax in the apartment and enjoy the peace and quiet. I would often sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the fjord. It was truly magical. Overall, I had an amazing stay at the Loghouse apartment in Kvaløya. It's the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Arctic wilderness. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
