El Lærdalsøren Motor Guesthouse es el hotel perfecto para los turistas en coche y motocicleta. El hotel está rodeado de fantásticas carreteras en el Sognefjord. We did love this place. The building, the rooms, the bar, everything looks antique and cosy. We had a nice and comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

The Lindstrom Hotel has been in this beautiful little town for any years and i have spent many nights there as a tour leader. Now they have redone the old part of the hotel and it is beautiful with the most comfortable beds, sorounded by mountains in a beautiful garden. Super clean. The breakfast is exellent with a very attentive staff. It had been years since i last visited and i was vey pleased to come back and find it as nice as i remembered. Highly recommen this place and the Lindstrom Hotel.

The house is historical since 1860, but fully equipped inside. We enjoyed our stay in this traditional norwegian house and our host made it even nicer. He gave us all the information for the area and made us taste homemade delicacies!

I liked the house itself, it looks very authentic, you feel in a open air museum, and it is great to experience the village way of life. There is a short hiking route just around the house gate.
