Our stay at the Grande Fjord Hotel in Geiranger was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the modern interior design. The hotel truly lived up to its name and provided a grand experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the jacuzzis located on our floor, offering breathtaking views of the magnificent Geiranger fjord. Even though it was raining during our visit, we couldn't resist the allure of soaking in the warm waters while marveling at the stunning scenery. It was a truly unforgettable experience. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The selection was extensive, and there was even a chef ready to prepare a fresh omelette with all the toppings of our choice. The quality and variety of the food exceeded our expectations. Despite being a smaller gym, there were enough dumbbells to complete a satisfying strength training workout session. However, what pleasantly surprised us was the presence of a washing machine and dryer in the same room as the gym. This convenience allowed us to easily wash our clothes after a long hike without any extra charges. It was a thoughtful addition that made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Looking back, I can confidently say that the Grande Fjord Hotel is the best hotel I have experienced in Norway thus far. The combination of impeccable cleanliness, modern design, breathtaking views, delicious breakfast, and convenient amenities made our stay truly exceptional. Overall, I highly recommend the Grande Fjord Hotel to anyone visiting Geiranger. It provides a luxurious and unforgettable experience that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression.

Blåtind er staðsett í Ekarina á Møre og Romsdal-svæðinu, 45 km frá Molde. Geiranger er í 27 km fjarlægð frá gististaðnum og Trollstigen er í 63 km fjarlægð. Gistirýmið er með flatskjá. A very nice hotel in the beautiful Norwegian mountains is located just among multiple hiking routes. Would be a great option for a family with kids! Our rating is ten out of ten!

Offering a sun terrace and views of the sea, Valldal Fjordhotell is located in Valldal, 35 km from Geirangerfjorden. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Restaurant was excellent, room very comfortable, internet worked perfectly.

Petrines Gjestgiveri er staðsett í Norddal og býður upp á veitingastað með heimalöguðum réttum. Þetta hótel býður upp á einföld herbergi eða íbúð með eldunaraðstöðu og útsýni yfir fjörðinn. The hotel was amazing. We were welcomed by very friendly staff, even though we had to check in late in the evening after their check-in time, still they let us in and welcomed us very warm. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The restaurant and meals are awesome, would recommend dining there for sure!

Angvik Gamle Handelssted er staðsett við Tingvollfjorden í Nordmøre og býður upp á heilsulind við vatnið, ókeypis bílastæði og töfrandi útsýni yfir fjörðinn. Loved the setting, the quiet elegance, the lovely decor and furniture. Enjoyed the celebration of the generations of family having lived there in Angvik. The dining was exceptional and sophisticated. It was truly a memorable stay.

Þetta hótel er staðsett við hliðina á Atlantic Ocean Road á hinni fallegu eyju Håholmen. Það býður upp á einstakar veiðiferðir, sjóskoðun og bátsferðir. Fantastic place with lots of history. Stayed in 300 year old room. Very good food in restaurant. Klippfisk was absolutely superb. Breakfast was very good with many choices hot and cold. Highly recommend to stay at this place if you travel the Atlanterhavsroad.

I really liked the view and the calmness. The room was perfect and provided everything I needed (TV, fridge, bathtub, ...) and the bed was very cosy. The owner was very nice, too.

Ringholmen Sjøhus er með veitingastað, bar, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd á eyju í Leira. Einkabílastæði eru í boði gegn aukagjaldi. We stayed on a lovely little island in wonderful weather. Beautiful sunsets and beautiful scenery.

Hotel Aak er staðsett á fallegum stað í Romsdalen-dalnum, í innan við 5 km fjarlægð frá bænum Åndalsnes. Þetta sögulega hótel býður upp á ókeypis WiFi, björt herbergi og veitingastað. Thé breakfast was perfect with products of the country.And the dinner with guests of the hotel together around a huge table is nice

Þetta sveitahótel er staðsett á Vigra-eyju við rætur Blindheim Fjells. Boðið er upp á ókeypis WiFi og sameiginlega setustofu með flatskjá og DVD-spilara. Amazing location, peaceful and quiet. Nice kitchen, clean and well equipped. The host is a very nice lady who picked me up from the bus stop and offered a lift to the airport upon my departure. She was gave me great tips for stunning walks. Shame, I stayed only a night/day as a closure of my amazing ski touring holiday in Norway.
