Quality Hotel Ålesund is centrally situated in the popular Skansekaia Harbour area, overlooking the sea and surrounding islands. It offers a private quay and rooms with free WiFi. Very good central location. The staff were lovely, we had an early morning departure and they readied a packed breakfast for us.

Very nice room (we had the view to the fjord). Very nice, kind and polite staff, being very young. In other location we had bad experience with young staff (students), but here not, on the contrary. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring Ålesund and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor baths and the breakfast was excellent, catering to all tastes.
