La situació de l'hotel és immillorable, es troba en el passeig marítim de Tromso amb vistes a la mar i a la Catedral de l'Àrtic. Està molt ben connectat amb autobús tant amb el port de creuers com amb l'aeroport. Les habitacions són molt còmodes amb grans finestres. El desdejuni és excepcional. Ofereixen la possibilitat de comprar un lunch box, que es pot omplir amb productes del bufet per a emportar.

Apartament molt ampli, amb tot el que necessites per fer uns dies a Tromso. Aparcament propi (pagant), la gent de recepció molt amable i ressolutius. Màquina de cafè a lliure disposició. L'apartament es nota que és nou, tot molt meticulós i qualitat.

Everything. Location was fantastic. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Great breakfast included. Staff very helpful. I loved the sitting areas at the front of the hotel - where we sat and watched the snow fall.

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping area. There are also some good restaurants around there and the airport shuttle is in a two minute walk. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We've been provided an early check-in and that was very nice as we were tired and had heavy luggage.

Cozy its feel like home , the staff really nice and kind especially sasski , the location in the city centre and near every thing, great breakfast, coffee and tea with delicious cake all day , and waffles 7 pm.

The Location is amazing, we were waking up at 2:00 and we saw the auroras from the hotel during 2 Hours, no need to pay for a tour. We were so lucky and we saw the Auroras each night.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Every important landmark is accessible by foot. I loved the fact that I could get free coffee from the lobby whenever I pleased since I am a coffee drinker and I was continuesly busy with tours or exploring the city. All the tours booked had the pick up near by Smarthotel, 3-6 minutes walking distance and it was really convenient, especially that the streets were kind of icy and walking for long distance was not very easy. The room had a great heating system and most of the times I would not even use it for long period since the room was getting warm really quick. I also liked the fact that housekeeping noise level was kept at minimum andI have never had my rest disturbed.

Wonderful cottage! Comfy beds!

Extremely cozy with the perfect view! I would not have stayed anywhere else. You can also watch the northern lights literally from the front or you cabin or for the perfect view, you simply need to walk less than 500m.

Really nice studio. Stayed in the upper floor . Facing west side of the sky I watched the Aurora dancing from the sofa of the living room. Excellent breakfast buffet as well. Tried the Hot tub completely value for money although the water temperature was around 35 ( Would be better if it around 40 , not complaining though) . The property also has lots of parking spaces with Electrical charging . Overall a 10/10 stay.

Was a bit skeptical because of the not-so-great ratings and I must say that it was a great stay! Beds were comfortable, warm room, easy check in, stylish common area and parking literally at the doorstep. Simple hotel but all you need for an easy stay in Harstad.

We booked the hut. The view is awesome and we can see the aurora from our hut. The aurora was dancing in the sky non stop from 11pm till 3am! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
