Great location. Very quiet. Great hospitality. Far exceeded expectations and will definitely stay again.

A Place in the Paddock is situated in Matamata and offers a garden. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. A Place in the Paddock was lovely! The surroundings of the farm and nature was really serene and it was comfortable to relax ourselves as it was away from the crowd and noise (much more peaceful than the cities). We enjoyed the view very much and even got to see the farm animals from afar, such as the cows marching at dawn and the rabbit stealing some lettuce; how cute!! Even though the weather wasn’t perfect (it was wet and dreary), we still enjoyed having a stroll around the farm and snapping photos at every opportunity. The apartment was large and cozy, with fragrance (and a cow theme which is cute) in every room, even the toilet! We even got the chance to bring a book home from the collection, but it was a pity that none caught our interest :( (I did like the 100 Wonders of the World, though…)

Separate building with lovely well chosen furnishing. Beds and linens were super comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Great distance from town and Hobbiton!

Hills Vista Lodge มีวิวภูเขาและให้บริการที่พักพร้อมลานเฉลียงและกาต้มน้ำ โดยอยู่ห่างจากสถานที่จัดงาน Mystery Creek Events Centre ประมาณ 33 กม. Charming Bach house on a farm 5 min from Hobbiton. Very well stocked and the host was so friendly and accommodating. Best of all was Ludo the dog who decided we were part of the family. Very charming!

All the craftsmanship in the house is lovely to see and experience through the story's of the great hosts Jen and Dewi. They where very welcoming. The room was really nice tidy and clean, also the bathroom. We joined for diner with another guest and Jen and Dewi. This was really nice and relaxing. Great food and vibe all evening, with lovley conversations about similarities and differences between Dutch and Kiwi culture/life. We really enjoyed our stay and should actually stayed 2 or 3 nights. To explore the area a bit more. It is really a nice get a way place, we loved it! We will be back some day

Central Motor Lodge is located on Morrinsville's main street within 250 metres of local shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodation options include spacious rooms and stylish suites with modern décor. The room was spacious. Defined lounge and tv area, dining, bed and kitchen. Bathroom was also large with plenty of room. Friendly staff.

Built in 1977, The Nunnery is located in central Te Aroha and offers a guest lounge and a shared patio with BBQ facilities. It is a 2-minute walk from the Te Aroha Mineral Spas. Great location for accessing hiking and mineral pools.

Located in the centre of Matamata, this motel offers a swimming pool and a hot tub. All rooms offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. One of the best motels we stayed in our trip to NZ north island - very clean and modern -Everything was perfect and Spotless clean - Location perfect all restaurants and shops nearby .. quiet and peaceful area .. Parking at the motel was also very convenient and easy -- Hobbiton just 20 mins away Me and my family loved our stay in Matamata and in Broadway motel - I loved the small down of Matata - should've stayed more nights !
