The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

View is great, bathtub is lovely and very smartly designed with the glass. Tastefully designed and felt like luxury. The soap/shampoo/conditioner/body balm was super luxurious as well - made me go google on where I can buy it from. We were here on our honeymoon and they went the extra mile with rose petals and chocolates and towels folded to look like swans. Staff was really sweet and she helped us move our luggages up the slope to our room on level two, explained how everything worked. Breakfast was great - with cooked eggs (scrambled or fried) and bacon and grilled tomato and hashbrown etc, made to order when youre in the dining room (you can also opt to have it served in your room). Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!!

The Godley Hotel offers country-style accommodation in the alpine village of Lake Tekapo on the South Island. The hotel is centrally located in the village with views of the lake and mountains. The location was excellent. The staffs are very helpful. Nice place.

Easy to find, central location. The setup was perfect for travelers. Owner lives on the site and was very helpful and available for questions but absolutely not intrusive. Accommodations are very new, recently built. View of the water with big windows and lots of light.
