Mario and his wife are the most friendly and helpful hosts! We absolutely loved our stay at their place and the walking tours of the island that Mario gave us each day. The meals they cooked us were so delicious that I had to ask for the soup recipe when we left. They happily answered all of our questions about the island and their culture. We even got to see Mario dance in the Fiesta de Santiago, which was incredible!

Very warm welcome from Juana and Celso. Nice and cosy place to stay and chill. Celso will guide you to the best spots of taquile island from Pachamama temple, inca ruins, best sunset spot, to playa. They are great host with big heart. I truly recommend staying with them. They will tell you everything about island history, tradition, and more! Just remember not taking all your luggage with you ...cause the island is hilly and the hike can be a bit challenging with heavy bags.

Edwin was super helpful and caring so I could arrive the accomodation without any problem. Views were astonishing and the peace was out of this world. Food was nice too. They gave me a better room than the one I booked because they had it free for that night.

I loved the experience of staying at Adolfo and Justa's place on a beautiful, tranquil island of Amantani. The host was friendly and nice and the house is clean and comfortable. The sunrise view over the lake from the room was breathtaking and Justa's cooking was delicious. I was also the first Thai guest here. It's about time there should be second and third and so on?

Bir bara sahip Posada de Oliver, Llachon'da konaklama olanağı sunmaktadır. Bu sahil tesisinde WiFi erişimi ve özel otopark ücretsizdir. This was a perfect stay. Oliver, Sebastiana and their children are a lovely family who you instantly feel at home with. The room we had was spacious, private and had a beautiful view of the lake. Hot water and WiFi worked amazingly for the area and the food provided (for an extra cost, but really good value), was very tasty and varied. There are a few walks to do in the area to keep you busy, and Oliver can also take you out on his boat to some of the local islands and to see the trout farm he runs (again, for an extra fee but for what you get, we thought it was really good value for money. You have to remember you have the boat completely to yourselves and there were no other tourists on the floating island we visited, making the experience very authentic). There's a really nice outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and view. Getting there is also very easy with collectivos going regularly from Puno and Juliaca for next to nothing.
