Located in Yanque, 11 km from Bus Station, Hotel Puerta del Sol Colca provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. A brand new hotel with superb views over the Colca Canyon. The restaurant overlooking the valley and mountains beyond is very good, with the alpaca dishes being particularly tasty. There was a better than average selection for breakfast, and service was attentive but not intrusive. The barman (whose name I didn't catch, sadly) mixes a very decent Pisco Sour. There is parking to the rear of the building. The staff (particularly Gaudi the receptionist/concierge) were friendly and genuinely seemed to want us to have a great time. Apparently there is a also sauna, but we didn't use it. The room was very comfortable, with an open (gas) fire and spa bath,. The kettle was a welcome addition.

Set in Chivay, 200 metres from Chivay Arena, Colibrí Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located (easy walk to main square but far enough to be quiet). The staff (Lisbeth) was especially helpful and accommodating, allowing me to pay in dollars and making a very good breakfast early (5:40am) just for me.

One of the nicest hotels I've been to away from the coastal areas of Peru. Brand new hotel with a lovely interior, spacious rooms. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious and served with a great view of the surrounding mountains and hills.

Sonqo Killa del Colca is set in Chivay, within 3.8 km of La Calera Hot Spring and 3.8 km of Colca Archaeological Natural Museum. Well priced and the accommodation has everything you need. Bed is comfortable, towels are provided, room is clean, there is hot water and if you need anything additional you can buy it at reception (e.g. shampoo, deodorant). There was even an electrical heater in the room. Moreover Chivay is a small town so it was only a five minute walk to the main square.

Boasting a terrace, Colca Andina Inn is situated in Chivay in the Arequipa region, 1.1 km from Colca Canyon and 200 metres from Our Lady of the Assumption Church. Everything was great. Spacious room, comfortable beds, hot shower and amazing breakfast. The owner was very nice, she helped us with information and organized for us a tour to Colca canyon. Highly recommended place to stay.

La Casa de Santiago Hotel offers accommodation in Cabanaconde. A semi buffet breakfast is served daily with local organic products. Comfortable and clean rooms at a great price. very helpful and concerned owner accommodating our wishes and providing a good breakfast for that price!

Featuring spa facilities, 2 swimming pools, panoramic views and luxurious décor, Aranwa Pueblito Encantado del Colcan offers accommodation in Arequipa. An American breakfast buffet is served daily. The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! We enjoyed the room especially the beautiful bathrooms. We even used the fireplace and built a lovely fire to make it nice and cozy. The alpacas were awesome to see and help feed.
