Well I think I may have found the perfect hotel!! The room, food, decor, location, atmosphere, all spot on! but what really made this place great was the staff, all so kind and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. We are a charity and couldn't have achieved our mission on Santa Maria without the help of the amazing Sophia, an absolute credit to Charming Blue, thank you so much from all the team and crew at The Maiden Factor. I can't wait to come back!!

The breakfast was good - the staff was phenomenal. Aida at the counter was amazing throughout our stay. Helped us with tours , locations , cabs ….. A++++ reception. She definitely loved her job.

QUINTA DO FAlkO er staðsett í Almagreira og býður upp á fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Gistirýmið er með garðútsýni og verönd. Sveitagistingin er með sérinngang. So happy we stayed here! One of the top hotels we've ever been to. Space was generous, comfortable, and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cosy Private Cottage w/sea views & wifi er nýlega enduruppgert sumarhús í Vila do Porto. Það er með garð. Gististaðurinn er með garð og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. The place is amazing. Aideen is great. If you're looking for a place that's kind of isolated on your own hill top in the middle of nowhere, yet just up the hill from a small town with a great restaurant, look no further. Awesome sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Beautiful stars at night.

This place is paradise on earth. The Villa is breathtaking. It is at a perfect location with amazing views. The rooms themselves are modern, intuitive, and comfortable. The grounds are impeccable and Susana and Nestor make you feel like you’re part of the family. The pet donkeys were one of the best parts, as was the bee workshop and a tour of the island with Miguel. We felt sad to leave, and will definitely be back to visit again.

Casita - Cantinho do Paraíso er staðsett í Vila do Porto á Santa Maria-svæðinu og býður upp á gistirými með aðgangi að heitum potti. It was outstandingly gorgeous and the surroundings were breathtaking.

Casa dos Valentes er staðsett í Santo Espírito. Þetta sumarhús býður upp á ókeypis einkabílastæði, sólarhringsmóttöku og ókeypis WiFi. We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean, nicely furnished, fully equipped traditional house located in the peaceful countryside just outside Santo Espirito. Everything for a comfortable visit is provided, including a good WiFi connection and a gift of local artisanal bread, jam, and cookies. The hosts, Catarina and Pedro, live close by and are friendly and accommodating. An early arrival was no problem, and when the weather forecast called for heavy rain the day of our departure, they offered to let us to stay later so we could relax in comfort before our flight. We highly recommend Casa dos Valentes!
