Located in a 19th-century building in the centre of Craiova, Hotel Royal is just 150 metres from Craiova University. It offers free WiFi and a hot tub. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms (we had deluxe double) and very friendly English speaking staff. The hotel was clean and quiet. Hallways and common spaces are lavishly decorated creating an exclusive atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent too. Definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly. We left something in the room and they contacted us and shipped it to our home address!

Boasting a terrace, Veritas Boutique Vila is situated in Craiova in the Dolj region, 2.9 km from Ion Oblemeco Stadium. It was an exceptional experience visiting my childhood city. The location was amazing, is quiet because it is hidden from the noisy streets, but in the same time you only need to take a 10 minutes walk in order to reach the city center. In simple words, a great location. The staff here was so polite and friendly, ready to help you with anything, ready to make our stay the best. I am sure I will revisit in the future.
