We picked this place on a whim last minute and had no idea what we were doing, but with three children, the idea of staying overnight in a zoo was irresistible. We found the beds comfortable, the location charming, if a bit off the beaten path (there was plenty of parking), and the breakfast filling. But the opportunity to sleep near birds was amazing. We LOVED the zoo. The animals had decent sized habitats, companions, and places to hide or play. It was a delight to walk the trails and we kept being surprised by the breadth of animal types there! We could even see some from our bedroom and breakfast table!

We had breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and the offer as well as food is delicious. Lots of tasty offerings. If you're travelling somewhere near Vranje, this is the perfect stop.
