The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.

This was probably the best stay we had all vacation. The people who work here are polite and very friendly, food is nice and the service is incredible. After the long hike they welcomed us with open arms and made a fire for us in the room. Just like they do every night when it gets cold. They also insisted on cleaning our hiking shoes and washing our hiking clothes. It was an experience to never forget! We even had a few Kinyarwanda lessons during dinner and we loved it. Murakoze chane for having us!!

Kinigi Cottage is a hidden gem among the overpriced lodges of the area. We stayed in the second floor room with the huge balcony, and we had amazing views of the volcanoes nearby. The property is walking distance from the Dian Fossey museum and central to all activities in the region. Our kids had a great time playing in the beautiful gardens all around the building, and the indoor and outdoor fires added a great touch of character to our evening. We had a wonderful dinner (extra cost) and an even better breakfast with a full spread of goodies (included). I will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone staying in the region. Perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at Under Volcanoes View Guest House. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The place is not only offering accomodations but also having A Tour company in tours and travel section with Tour operation service , Tour Guiding service as well as tour consultancy services! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Nastanitev Sambora Kinigi je v mestu Kinigi in ponuja restavracijo, sobno postrežbo, bar, vrt, teraso ter pogled na gore. Wonderful staff, very friendly, genuine and truly kind people. We felt at home right when we stepped in and were welcomed by amazing dancers from a tribe nearby. We really enjoyed dancing with them all day and all night. Rwanda is a country rich in culture and the accommodation made it a point to actively educate us about that, which we really appreciated. The place is very close to the volcanoes national park, making it easy for monkey and gorilla trekking (just 5 min drive away). We would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a wonderful and unforgettable experience in the Virunga mountains, in the Northern province of Rwanda.
