The warm smiles and genuine hospitality extended to me throughout my stay created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The front desk staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing me with all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities. Speaking of amenities, I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent facilities at the Lead Hotel. My room was beautifully appointed, clean, and well-maintained. The comfortable bed and modern amenities provided a luxurious and relaxing environment. The attention to detail in the room design and furnishings truly elevated my experience. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of delicious and freshly prepared items to choose from. The restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had a delightful dining experience each time. I also had the opportunity to try some of the other on-site dining options, and I was never disappointed with the quality of the food or the service. Furthermore, I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Whether it was the housekeeping team promptly attending to my requests, the friendly waitstaff in the restaurant who went out of their way to make me feel valued, or the front desk team who provided me with valuable recommendations for exploring the local area, each interaction was marked by a genuine desire to ensure my satisfaction. Lastly, the location of the Lead Hotel in Freetown was ideal for my needs.

Featuring a terrace, restaurant and views of sea, Cole Street Guesthouse is located in Freetown, 4.8 km from Sierra Leone National Museum. Beautiful location, very clean, friendly, and trained staff, The food was beautifully and freshly prepared on-site daily. Very safe environment, and the owners truly put a lot of care into this exquisite home. A definite Gem in Sierra Leone and I highly recommended. Thank you, Matta, Miatta, and staff.
