Located centrally in Antakya, Waxwing Hotel is surrounded by the restaurants, cafés and bars of Saray Street. The hotel features a unique architecture and modern rooms with free WiFi. The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to visit the city center. The staff was very helpful and always with a smile. The rooms were clean and conformable and the breakfast delicious. This was a great stay. 3 nights in Antakya for my work. After the earthquake, they are trying their best. I booked a single room, but Ali at the reception upgraded me for free to a suite. It included a kitchenette, nice clean bathroom, big double bed, living room area and couch, minibar, air condition with good heating, tv in the bedroom, and very nice decorations. Daily housekeeping is offered. Free complimentary water, tea, and coffee. And the wifi was sufficient.I want to thank Ali for his excellent customer service and attention. He constantly sent me messages and replied really quickly. He asked if I needed cleaning, or anything else. His English is also excellent. This boutique hotel is on the main road near city centre. Of course, because Antakya is being re-built, it’s quite dusty, but this is the place to stay. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. Because their dining area was destroyed in the earthquake, breakfast was not available. I hope it will be rebuilt soon. Before, I also stayed at Le Reve Boutique Hotel near this hotel, and the customer service here is so much better. I would give up the breakfast for the service instead at anytime. Thank you.

Staff members are amazing and so very super helpful. Due to the situation of the Earthquakes that devastated the region last year, it has caused most hotels in the area to not provide all services. This is very understandable due to the current situation that they are in. It was close to the main souq which has many food options such as fruits, meats, sweets. Restaurants due to the destruction from last years earthquake are hard to find, if you just ask the lovely staff at reception, they would be happy to order take away delivery options for you (you just let them know what you want). Visiting Antakya/Hatay is a real eye-opening experience and staying here you will be provided with the best possible assistance to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are clean and have very hip/cool designs. The main area of the hotel is super cool, and everything is clean. The resident cat is absolutely lovely and friendly. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a lovely experience.

Located in Arsuz, 33 km from Iskenderun Province, Elada Luxury Otel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Location and facilities are very well. Staff was also very nice and helpful. To have a seperate kitchen+living room was great. It was good to have a fridge, couch and balcony. Breakfast was basic, a little local taste would do great. It could be better to add a small tray in the living room, and take care of some cables hanging from walls.

Rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Certain units include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. We really enjoyed the time we had in the hotel. FO staff was super friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier there was finally something who speaks English and helped us to fix things up; after that the rest of the stay was more than perfect. Room are spacious and nicely decorated, the hotel is in a really good location with everything near by. We have no complains at all.

The breakfast was very good, the staff is friendly, ready to help you whatever you want. The location is so nice, clean,it looks like a museum.Is near the city center, you have restaurants nearby, the bazar is five minutes walking.
