Ottima posizione è ottimo il parcheggio custodito proprio vicino. Il proprietario davvero gentilissimo ci ha organizzato la visita a Gobleki Tepe e la sera, senza che lo chiedessimo ci ha portato un piatto di frutta. Colazione davvero superlativa. Situato a Mardin, il fairouz otel offre un bar, un giardino e una terrazza. La struttura fornisce una reception aperta 24 ore su 24 e il servizio in camera. Le camere sono dotate di balcone. Un albergo meraviglioso!!! Situato nella parte vecchia di Mardin da dove ci si arriva solo a piedi, ma sono solo poche centinaia di metri dal parcheggio pubblico. Tutto l'hotel è stato ristrutturato in maniera eccellente e le le terrazze che si affacciano sulla pianura mesopotamica permettono di godere di un panorama mozzafiato; soprattutto al tramonto e la notte con le sue mille luci all'orizzonte. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della nostra stanza e di questo ringraziamo i ragazzi alla reception e un grande ringraziamento lo facciamo per gli innumerevoli caffe turchi, çay e acqua fresca che ci hanno offerto e che abbiamo consumato ascoltando dell'ottima musica sulle terrezze la sera. Inoltre i ragazzi del desk ci hanno prenotato un ristorante per la cena. La mattina la colazione viene servita in una freschissima sala interrata con tutto quello che desiderate: dolce e salato. Delle camere parlano le foto del sito. Top!

Real Gem in heart of Old Urfa due to the unique history of the building, authentic feel and the kindness and generosity of the staff. Located in the mysterious alleys of Old Urfa with walking distance to main attractions and bazars. Our room was huge and so beautiful - I could feel there history. Bed massive and so comfy. Temperature in room very good due to stone walls and AC working good and quiet if needed. Bathroom huge. In front of room patio with table and comfy chairs to enjoying tea, coffee etc. Stunning courtyard where every morning was served fresh breakfast which was real feast - so huge and delicious. Can't describe by world this unique mansion -highly recommended. Hope one day will back there again for longer.

Fantastic true authentic house… I believe it dates of the 1400 if my memory serves me well… renovated to feel luxurious for the 21st century without losing its charm. Excellent clean washrooms, gorgeous rooms It used to be a school It’s like sleeping in a museum with A/C ! Great breakfast Friendly staff, helped us book a tour and transportation Good restaurant on roof with live band (typical Mardin music, for those who know it’s a great show and for those who don’t know, you will discover the true music of this multicultural/multi religious corner of the world through its music and food)

Attractively located in Mardin, Mirsoum Han features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. We stayed for three nights in a beautiful suite room at Mirsoum Han and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The employees (Davud & Diyar) always welcomed us with a smile. With their kind, friendly & always solution-oriented attitude they really made us feel very welcome. Smallest suggestions for improvement were implemented literally the next day. Before I move on to the tasteful rooms I have to mention the breakfast. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the breakfast here has by far been the most amazing! Medina, the lady in the kitchen, went above and beyond to provide us with a different amazing breakfast every morning. She even made special vitamin drinks for me, because she cared for my pregnancy. I would come back here anytime just for the breakfast! The stone rooms with high arched ceilings are as beautiful & spacious as shown on the pictures. We had a fire place (Davud helped us set it up every night), an amazing copper bath tub, multiple cozy sitting areas beautifully decorated and a very big modern bathroom. We loved drinking the nespresso coffee provided and just enjoying the beauty of the room. Also the lighting in the room is very romantic. You can see in every corner of the hotel, that it is an acclaimed architect’s work. Also, the sitting area outside has a beautiful view of Mesopotamia. We would warmly recommend staying in this high quality hotel and love to come back.

The property was well maintained, clean and the staff provided excellent services. Breakfast was lovely, they would give so much that I was unable to finish it! I travelled solo (female) and felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Very satisfied with the staff, the services and the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. They sorted out my taxi to and from the airport, offered me a tour service. The taxi driver/tour guide Tahir was very good. He took plentiful photos for me and took care of me.
