Authentic hotel with absolutly helpful owner and staff. Located just in the centre of Mardin Old city and hotel itself let to feel Mardin atmosphere. Owner was very attentive and helped with parking and shared information what to see and where to eat 😊. We had very nice traditional Turkish breakfast at hotel. As hotel situated just in the middle of the old city, its better to keep in mind that to get to the hotel you can thought quite challenging steps.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience - we liked everything from our quiet and cozy room to a great Turkish breakfast at the patio. Staff is exceptional and made us feel as proper guests. The hotel is really close to the bazaar, numerous restaurants and main sites of Urfa.

Situated in a stone-built mansion, Gazi Konagi Butik Hotel offers views of Mardin Castle and the plains of Mesopotamia from its terraces. The hotel offers authentic rooms with modern amenities. The room and the bed were very big and comfortable and we enjoyed the mandi in the bathroom. We especially enjoyed the great service provided by the staff and would like to mention Sedat, Emrah and Kafro who saw to our every need, with a smile and a sense of humour. Should also mention the very convenient parking space provided (which is a premium in Mardin) whilst also being next door to one of the best shops in town, namely Artuklu Halil Amca (great for soap, nuts, honey, coffee etc etc).

This marvelous stone-made mansion featuring traditional architecture offers a terrace with panoramic Mesopotamia and Mardin views. A Turkish bath, sauna and a cold water pool in a cave are available. It would be wrong to say it’s one of the best hotels in Mardin because it’s not one of the best hotels , it’s THE BEST hotel in Mardin …. Location and accessibility is very important for this magical old town and this hotel has everything in its favour …. If someone wants to experience a luxurious, magical experience then this is the place to be….

We stayed for three nights in a beautiful suite room at Mirsoum Han and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The employees (Davud & Diyar) always welcomed us with a smile. With their kind, friendly & always solution-oriented attitude they really made us feel very welcome. Smallest suggestions for improvement were implemented literally the next day. Before I move on to the tasteful rooms I have to mention the breakfast. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the breakfast here has by far been the most amazing! Medina, the lady in the kitchen, went above and beyond to provide us with a different amazing breakfast every morning. She even made special vitamin drinks for me, because she cared for my pregnancy. I would come back here anytime just for the breakfast! The stone rooms with high arched ceilings are as beautiful & spacious as shown on the pictures. We had a fire place (Davud helped us set it up every night), an amazing copper bath tub, multiple cozy sitting areas beautifully decorated and a very big modern bathroom. We loved drinking the nespresso coffee provided and just enjoying the beauty of the room. Also the lighting in the room is very romantic. You can see in every corner of the hotel, that it is an acclaimed architect’s work. Also, the sitting area outside has a beautiful view of Mesopotamia. We would warmly recommend staying in this high quality hotel and love to come back.

The property was well maintained, clean and the staff provided excellent services. Breakfast was lovely, they would give so much that I was unable to finish it! I travelled solo (female) and felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Very satisfied with the staff, the services and the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. They sorted out my taxi to and from the airport, offered me a tour service. The taxi driver/tour guide Tahir was very good. He took plentiful photos for me and took care of me.
