We loved the location and the facilities. We needed some medical assistance and the staff went above and beyond to help, greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Located in Alishan Forest Recreation Area, Alishan Shermuh Tourist Hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the Guanri Railway Station, where guests can take the signature Alishan forest train to explore... One of the more modern hotels in Alishan forest area. Reasonable price. Room is small but functional. Bed is comfortable. Location is good as it is a 10 minute walk to the Alishan train station.

Dafong Hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Alishan Railway Station, where restaurants serving traditional Taiwanese delights reside. It also offers free WiFi access and private parking. We got the larger room which was a very comfortable size. Amenities were upgraded, and the electric blanket was a nice touch!

Good breakfast at nearby restaurant.

Set in Zhongzheng and with Alishan Forest Railway reachable within 500 metres, Chinshan Villa offers concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared... Very scenery surroundings, nice staff, good coffee with reasonable price, most comfortable bed I have ever had in hotel rooms. Shuttle transfers between the hotel and Alishan bus station are available upon request on specific timings.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. I recommend the firefly tour at night!

Set in Zhongzheng, Chiayi County region, 登山別館 is located 33 km from Jiao Lung Waterfall. The property is non-smoking and is situated 300 metres from Alishan Forest Railway. After a whole day with a very cold weather, we jumped with joy to find the bed with temperature adjustment and Heater in the room! the facility is a bit old but clean and all usable. There is a bathtub as well!

Set in Alishan Mountain, Maria Hotel a warm and comfortable place to stay in Chiayi. Free WiFi is available in all areas and free parking is provided on site. We went with our 8 months old baby. Owner Leon was very kind to explain to us where we should go stargazing. He also advised us that the water heater will take awhile to heat up. This was helpful because it was pretty cold. There was also heater on the bed. Love the warm reception from the and his parents.

Very professional, helpful and thoughtful management from all staff members and employees connected to the hotel. I am very grateful for everything they did to contribute to my magical stay in the Alishan Township area. Gau Shan Ching also provided the base location for my flawless hike up Yushan in perfect weather and return for rest and relaxation before eventual departure. Awesome, mei li, hen hao from someone who has been on the top of mountains all over thew world. Viva Yushan!
