Was a nice experience to see the elephant visiting us next to the restaurant at night or during breakfast! We had nice sunset watching from the rooftop terrasse. Engiri was fabulous, the lodge was terrific and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The staff were really attentive, and there was always somebody waiting to escort me to the restaurant when needed (as the wildlife, including hippos and elephants, often pass close by). There's plenty to do nearby, a safari on Queen Elizabeth National Park, chimpanzee tracking in the rainforest, and highly recommended, a visit to the local orphanage and village where you can see demonstrations of coffee making, banana gin and vanilla production. Highly recommended!

Just outside QENP, ideally situated in a very quite garden we stayed 2 nights at the homestay. Great hospitality and a warm welcome! Facilities where great, wifi working, hot water and a great garden to relax, but above all, a very friendly staff. A good initiative to support the orphanage!

Songbird Safari Lodge & Campsite features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Katunguru. Exceptional experience at songbird safari lodge. The location, where elephants walk close and even through (!) and where other animals can be seen in the garden at night, is totally awesome. Everybody there (Goritta, Anington, Mbabazi) is so helpful for any service, wishing to make all at the best. The accommodation and the meals (with great ceremonial from Mbabazi) are wonderful. More than highly recommended !

It's such a beautiful place to be art, our honeymoon was 100%. Great food, big spacious exquisite rooms, great environment and stuff with wildlife high fiving the guests.

The rooms were huge, very nicely decorated, with beautiful view on Kazinga channel, the staff was very friendly, amazingly helpful and really cared about us. The helped us to organize the boat experience, and also sent back my glasses that I left in the room. The food was delicious. It was our best stay in Uganda. This is a place with a soul, where you feel alway welcomed.
