On the edge of town close to both restaurants and downtown, and the bike trails and National Park. The heated pool was amazing, the 3 hot tubs a total bonus! The popcorn, hot apple cidar, pool table, corn hole, over the top! The free breakfast was a total bonus!

Everything was utterly fantastic — super spacious and well furnished bungalow, comfortable beds, cold air conditioning (which was absolutely needed on the 100+ degree days), big shower/bathtub combo with good water pressure, excellent location… We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was too hot to use the (unshaded) pool, but the grounds are beautiful as well, there were plenty of shaded areas near the ponds that we saw a lot of people enjoying.

Very clean room with comfortable beds. The hotel is really new and it shows, our room was very modern and new. Super nice location, very close to Moab. They serve a nice breakfast with waffles, warm food (biscuits and gravy, eggs), cereal, pastries, etc. There is a hot-tub outside which is super nice on chilly evenings.

Beds were lush and rooms a good size. Good facilities and the first place we have had good breakfast options. Very accomodating with a restaurant across the road. Friendly staff and an overall enjoyable place to stay! Not a bank breaker too.
