My card had declined that morning due to my bank considering it fraudulent activity (especially since I'm out of state). Me stressing to get there by that time, we hit bad traffic, so I called at 5pm to let him know about the traffic and to possibly use a different credit card. A woman answered..stated he was gone for the day..but assured me a room so that I would less stressed. Upon arrival, she was relaxed, very sweet and accommodating. She evidently worked overnight, because I also checked out with her as well. She's a great staff member!
