We cleaned the spill and used towels and they were not replaced. Bugs were coming out of kitchen sink no stopper in drain to prevent entry we used a plastic cup in drain to prevent further entry. No toilet brush provided . I am still waiting for a response on my head injury and a claim number or contact person to discuss what happened with a sharp edge hazard . The staff was non responsive and dismissive of my concerns. This is the fourth survey I received since leaving but little was done while I was there to rectify problems. We left nine days early because my wife’s mother passed we called to ask for options and basically said there were none very cold response. Your welcome your customer service is all show and no substance. Will I get a follow up on my claim ?
