I don't normally write reviews but the level of service provided by this hotel totally exceeded my expectation. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. There was complimentary shuttle from hotel to old town. We booked two way but did not take the return trip as we did not know where the boarding place. When we arrived back at the hotel with grab and asked about the boarding place for future reference, the hotel refunded my grab's fare. Never experienced this level of service before even in five stars hotel. Special shoutout to both Kathy and Ame (Guest Relations Officers) for making our stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was new (8 months old) and they rotated most of their breakfast menu every day. We stayed for three nights and had different breakfast everyday. Will definitely come back to see Kathy and Ame if there is opportunity to visit Hoi An again in the future :)

Located in Hoi An, 850 meters from Japanese Covered Bridge, Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel Hoi An provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and a fitness centre. We had the best time staying here. Everything from the hotel, to the family room, the breakfast and the location were perfect. We have been to quite a few places in Vietnam including many hotels and what stands out is always the service. However the service at this hotel was just a level above. We got exellent recommendations for both restaurant, tours and taylor from Daisy (not able to write her real vietnamese name) and we tried most of them out. They all turned out to be fantastic - a great selection of local food at both more turisty restaurants to more local ones. We got excellent help renting motorbikes and they even packed us breakfast, when we had an early flight out.

The hotel spa was also great and they had a discount so the massages were really in good prices! Rose and Tin from the front desk were super helpful all the time, helping us navigate in town and recommending places to go!

Excellent hotel with excellent rooms, great breakfast, nice swimming pool, nice food (try duck lemongrass) and nice staff. They even offered a 30 min free feet massage in their spa. And they also provide free bikes to go around or go tho the nice beach (15 min ride), and you get free sunlounger and umbrella.

We’ve been travelling south east Asia for 5 months and this is our favourite place. The staff are the nicest people we’ve ever met, constantly going over and above, making us feel comfortable and helping us with anything we needed. Thank you Kevin, My and Lily! The bed was so comfortable, the location was great and the pool was lovely. We will be back!!
