The team were professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and the whole experience provided for us was truly exceptional. The luxury tent was comfortable and considered. Game drives were fantastic. Guides were so knowledgeable and the time they took to explain and educate us was really wonderful. We learned so much, had unbelievable game viewing experiences and left in awe of the African bush and nature in general. The pool deck overlooking the game watering hole was a fabulous place to spend time between game drives. The food was really delicious and plentiful (maybe even too much!) And the camp staff cooking for us we're a delight. Thank you! A once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend.

We arrived at the Ngalali Retreat after a long drive and Xander and staff helped us feel at home immediately. After a hearty lunch Xander introduced us to our first safari experience of the African bush. Xander is a true naturalist who, over the course of the next few days, generously shared his knowledge, passion and experience of the land and wildlife that surrounded us. At the end of each day Xander joined us for exceptional Italian cuisine and helped us to process the days adventures with interesting anecdotes of his own. Our day in the actual Kruger Park paled in comparison. The Ngalali Retreat accommodations were very comfortable with all the comforts of home. What can I say - we slept well each night and arose rested, with fresh anticipation. The whole experience more than exceeded our expectation.

We had hyenas, giraffe, elephants and lots of birds in our camp. Our game driver, Beksom, was unbelievable in the way he was able to find all the animals. We loved the simplicity of the camp. All the meals were excellent.

El Kapama Buffalo Camp está situado en la zona del parque nacional Kruger, en la reserva privada de safaris de Kapama. Incredible service from the time we arrived until we had left. We were lucky enough to spot the big 5 in just two game drives and witnessed a lion hunt. The open safari experience was exhilarating in comparison to other 5 star lodges visited previously. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The luxury tent was superb in every aspect, exactly as advertised. Food was delicious and my husband is vegetarian so his meals were also well catered for and divine. We also tried the River Lodge Spa, this was one of the finest spas I have been too.
