The kitchen is well equipped, and there are multiple bathrooms allowing many people to shower etc simultaneously. While the owners live in close proximity, we didn’t hear or see them, despite playing our music loudly. This gave us a feeling of being alone, despite the presences of others on the farm. We loved making a bonfire and watching the sunset and sunrise from the deck. The hiking trails are also great, and if it gets hot you can swim in one of the dams. Phenomenal experience overall

Drie Kuilen Nature Reserve is a recently renovated apartment in Touwsrivier, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and barbecue facilities. I wish I could give 6 stars! We felt very lucky to find this little gem in the Karoo, with the most beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Really a highlight of our trip and great family time spent together along the fireplace and beutiful view behind while sipping a cup of tea and lovely wine. The staff was really helpful and kind in navigating us and recommending walks around the reserve. They went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay, thank you again!

We had a warm welcome from Jaco the owner, called us in the morning to ask if he can fire up the hot tub outside. Room was clean, comfortable, inviting and had a lot of charm.
