Situated at the heart of Livingstone City Centre, within a historic 19th century colonial building, New Fairmount Hotel blends historical architecture with contemporary interior design. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is right in the center of the town which was perfect for all our activities. Definitely got our value for money.

AVANI Victoria Falls Resort is located in Livingstone and features an outdoor swimming pool. The property features a garden, as well as a terrace. The property is beautiful and spacious with great facilities. We went for a weekend for my 43rd birthday and we had a fabulous time. The staff were very attentive, the evening entertainment (a local singer) was exceptional and a lot of fun. It is so close to the Falls we took a few trips over the weekend. Finally the wild animals roaming around (giraffe, zebras, impala and the baboons at the Falls) were mind blowing. Also the small shop on the hotel property was reasonably priced with a very attentive woman running it.
