The quality of the entire operation. The staff (everyone of them) were genuinely dedicated to being available for whatever we needed. The facility is comfortable and all amenities are inviting Most of all we felt completely relaxed because the vibe is just right for a relaxing fun time! This resort was incredibly beautiful. Lush lawns and palm trees…the property is huge, but they have a convenient shuttle service that brings you around when needed. There are multiple pools and hot tubs as well as splash pads and playgrounds for the kids. There is a pool with a large slide, but that wasn’t open due to weather. Our family of 6 was upgraded by the staff to the 3bedroom suite which was so large and spacious. The room was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Room service was quick and responsive. Lots of eating options on and off the resort.
