They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

She is from Republica Dominicana was very helpful smiling with lots of knowledge, she knows what to do as customer service representative 😃👍🏼… When we check out also , sorry I can not remember her name , I was afraid with my headaches due to the altitude,both were very affected other that that is beautiful hotel to stay , restaurants too.
