Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.

Breakfast was a pre order and the best but was we had our names on the form as individuals and they were used to good effect at the great breakfast when we were greeted by name as we entered the dining room. rooms were immaculately clean. having stayed in lots of high value hotels covered in dust and smeared glass this was truly in a different class. **********

Room was lovely and clean and the staff were all lovely. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get breakfast (too much alcohol the night before 😂) but as we were leaving we were offered a sandwich and a cup of tea which we both thought was a lovely gesture. The rooms are exceptionally clean and everything is new and fresh. The hotel is nice and quiet at night and the staff couldn't be more helpful, no matter what our request.
